Yoga and Mindfulness parties are a fun and healthy way to celebrate! Parties are customized by age and may be crafted to meet your theme. All geared towards delivering a memorable experience for your child's special day.

Location - Goa Yoga Studio, Parklands, Blouberg or we come to you!.   

For all birthday celebrations, your party is a private event with plenty of room for yoga + a mindful crafts.

45 mins: Yoga with games, activities and more 

45 mins: Yoga themed craft 

Optional: We can always save time for your child to open gifts if you’d like!  Yoga art / craft The party craft is yoga themed which are taken home as a special party favor. All supplies are provided by us and included in your party package. 

Options include:  Make your own calming jars, Yoga canvas painting, Make your own sugar scrub, Create your own relaxing eye pillows, Make your own dream catcher, Decorate your own journals, Design your own canvas yoga tote, Paint your own Kindness Rocks Blend your own essential oil room spray. 

Additional details 

Provided for your party will be: yoga mats to borrow (cleaned and sanitized), 2 tables with party tablecloths — one will be used for our craft station and one is yours to hold gifts or anything else you’d like! This will all be ready for you when you arrive. You can arrive 30 mins before the start of the party to add any special decorations. We do supply cute birthday decor, but you are welcome to bring in anything additional to help decorate!  Event page  You will also receive an event link that contains directions and party details.
