Charney or Chey as she is known by her students started her yoga journey in her final year of school, being someone who is hugely empathetic means that she has always felt things very deeply. This amount of feeling for those who are familiar with it can cause anxiety and other difficulties as we feel that we carry the world on our shoulders.
After her first yoga class, she remembers a lightness that she has never experienced before - this is what started her journey into the world of yoga and Mindfulness and is what still fuels her love for these well being practices today.
She believes that all children should be taught the value of breathing, of knowing their emotions and how to self sooth and self regulate - all the things that Yoga and Mindfulness practice teaches us!

UniOm is our Yoga loving Unicorn mascot, she has been beautifully designed and crafted with the colors of the Rainbow to teach Kids about the rainbow in their body.
We have a card deck that kids love, and we have also made into a plush doll, that can move and sit in Yoga Poses.
